You grandfather in the current customers and introduce the new pricing to the new users. What you want to find out is the yield pricing where the users will convert and not churn. We do this by introducing pricing to X amount of customer of which Y convert. Once we got 100 of so in Y, we’ll just change the pricing and see how that works. The goal is to get different pricing cohorts going so you can learn what each life time value is.
