They will likely want to know:
1) who are you? how did you get to where you are? 2) what are you building and why? (what made you decide to do this?) 3) what problem is it solving? 4) who has that problem? 5) is it a big problem? 6) who else is solving that problem?
Those will be the key things. The answers to those questions will lead to all sorts of other tangents and they will all be different depending upon the VC with whom you are talking.

There are 5 questions every investor wants to have answered. 1) What is your product/service? A short explanation not details. 2) Why will people want/need it? What is the problem/pain? How does your product or service solve the problem/pain? 3) Who is your management team? Their name & title, domain experience, prior entrepreneurial experience Your advisory board Are they willing to work with and learn from the investor(s). 4) How does your company make money What is/are your streams of revenue? Do you have recurring revenue? Variable price per unit? Is your company scalable? 5) How will the investor make money (The most important question) What are your financial projections How much money do you need & for what % of the company? What is your exit strategy? You also need to let them hear your WOW factors & traction.
