I have access to a list of all the people attending the demo day for an incubator in Austin, let's say that's similar to YCombinator. On the list are several investors and VC's, and of course other entrepreneurs. Would it be proper etiquette to find some of these folks on LinkedIn and ask to meet, or does it seem like I am stalking them?

If they are on linkedin it’s fair game. Investors need you as much as you need them.
