In addition to GA, we use Woopra, which is very affordable and real-time. We also trust Woopra more than GA. Any other suggestions? I would like to add a third to the mix.

sitemeter.com - more simple than google analytics, but provides a good overview if you are just starting out. I use both GA and sitemeter for different purposes.

I use google analytics and statcounter. The second gives you the exact path a visitor has taken through your site.

If you have a good budget, Omniture... otherwise, Google Analytics is the standard, plus they have the new real time beta, which is pretty cool.
