Has Threadless taken over your life, how do you maintain a good life work balance?

I am thinking about how to improve Threadless constantly. But I do work regular hours. 9-5 … I have two small kids at home and I spend a ton of time at home. I think having some negative space where you are actually doing things other than working but kind of subconsciously thinking about it is good for your work.
