How do you find new customers fast?
-
Hi! I'm getting ready to relaunch my website after a major pivot. I've talked with hundreds of customers, done focus groups, all that Eric Ries stuff so this time I'm quite sure I have it right. I want to spend some advertising money on this one. I'm planning to contact some big bloggers, buy some Facebook ads, do a press release, that sort of thing. In your opinion, am I better off doing this all at once (like one HUGE press day) or should I space out my budget over the course of a few weeks?

Can you recommend a book that would help guide an online business from an idea stage all way through to realization? Or a good book on creating a successful online venture?

I have a product that will dramatically increase business networking. How do I get in front of decision makers in large companies to show them this solution?

Do you plan on putting more weight on user reviews/ratings on FindTheBest.com?

Hello Kevin, We have launched our business in November last year. Basically we are developing a social training network to help trainers and trainees to collaborate and share Knowledge. We are currently in beta piloting with small number of customers. We have various strategies that we can pursue like going to schools and college to sell the platform and SEO. How do we know what is the right strategy that we need to pursue to scale up? Thanks

Do you see incubation as a safe haven for investors to really look at companies?

How do I make my app stand out in the apple app store?

Is there a collective of surfing CEOs that you're aware of?

What initially motivated you to start Double Click? Were you techy guy? I read the bio of Gurbash Chahal and he was motivated to start click agent by seeing DoubleClick

Yes, I’m tech guy from birth and got my BSEE. We were convinced in 1995 that the internet would be huge and brainstormed on possible products. We focused on what the internet economy might be. We felt there would be tens of thousands of content sites one day (ok, we were a bit off) and they would need a network to both deliver and sell ads.
