Mark - absolutely! Glad you can follow us on Viigo.

Don - just e-mailed you about the issues you're having. Hopefully we can solve them and still have you as a valued member of the community.

Jason - Absolutely, it's one of our next to-dos.

Terry - thank you! Glad you like the feature.

It's always a nice addition when I can get a feed from the many Social platforms I'm on. I also came across Tumblr from it's feed into another platform so... anything that is good for the Sprouter community has to be good for all the community as well.

The two big problems for me are:

1.I can't get to anyone's profile - all I can get is their RSS feed.

2. If I see an @name and I want to send a sprout, I can't just click on their name. I have to go to my home page, open a new sprout, remember the name of the person I want to send a sprout to and manually type their name - all because RSS is everywhere.

3. I find it hard to believe I'm the only one who finds the RSS integratin has completely overtaken the Twitter like workflow of Sprout.

To be honest, I can't even use Sprout (and certainly won't be recommended it to anyone anymore until I can figure out how to navigate with the unwanted inposition of RSS.

Thanks.

Awesome! Looking forward to more improvements down the road. Any chance you'll be changing the outgoing-links to load in new tabs/pages?

Hey Don,

Sprouter is still the same as before - you can still reply to people as you normally would in the text box. This feature is just so people can pull RSS feeds of their activity into their websites, blogs, etc; or so you can follow an event or topic page's updates in your RSS reader, like Google Reader. Does that help clarify?

We hope you'll still love us :)

Cheers,
Erin

I don't like this feature at all. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly? It used to be that when you cliekedf someone's name you got the text entry field to send them a sprout.

How do you do that now?

Also, when you're in the RSS feed page, the only options you have are to subscribe to the feed or hit the back button on your browser. How can this be helpful? I don't want to subscribe to everyone's feed - I just want to send them a sprout.

How do I do this now?

Thanks. Love(d) Sprouter - right up until now...I want to love again ;)
